We lean toward the Green option in every job we do: renew, reuse, recycle. We prefer using environmentally sustainable materials and installing the most energy efficient systems we can. We are also quite aware of concerns over VOCs and EMF issues in modern construction and will work with you to ensure these be addressed during your project. Our History |
Our founder has his roots in both natural stone masonry and the culinary arts. He worked in many different kitchens while attending culinary school before branching off into the construction field. He then had the opportunity to work on many of the subdivisions which exploded across the Daytona Beach area throughout the 1980's. From there he moved into Theatrical Production services and worked with several theatre companies, scene shops, and exhibit houses here in Central Florida and the Greater Philadelphia area. During the last housing boom he transitioned into the Renovation Business and worked with many property owners and investors to update and upgrade many old historic properties. Now he straddles both worlds, lending support to several local theaters while working with area property owners on a variety of projects.
